Happy Birthday, my sweetie's dad!!!
Today, my sweetie's dad was born. It's his birthday!
Generally, I havent had close relationships with any of my former boyfriend dads, but mostly with their moms. But this time it is different: I really appreciate this gentleman.
Since he studied in Paris, France, we started conversations related to French culture since almost the minute we meet, and we talk a lot (I studied French language because of my work). And although my boyfriend says his dad is not a great talker -specially concerning his work- we usually have never ending conversations about the factory he runs.
I admire this man because his modesty and simple way of life. Even being a man with a great position, he is not a sophisticated person, and never looks anyone over his shoulder (as we say in Chile). He knows his job and he performes it correctly.
I've heard he is a great boss. He sacrifices his vacation for his workers to have theirs. He is fair and worries about his workers wellness.
I wish him a so very happy birthday from the deepest bottom of my heart!!!

Tomorrow I'll celebrate my b-day
Tomorrow is the big day. A Metallica's Tribute Chilean band named Battery will play at the House Of Rock & Blues (http://www.houserock.cl/) and I'll be there to celebrate my 35th birthday. It is my dream come true!!!

It may sound silly for most of you, but you got to know that I am just a simple person who is happy with simple things. I really don't need more things or money.
Lets see: I love music. I love rock. I love guitar solos. I love Metallica. I love James Hetfield's voice. I just whisper for that to have a perfect evening.
My closest friends (almost all of them) and my sweetie will be there sharing my joy. I think that is what counts, being surrounded by your dearest ones.
Well, I know I'll miss my friends who cannot make it for several reasons, but mostly because next Monday is going to be a holiday, so many people is getting off Santiago de Chile for 3 entire days. That is georgeous! I can understand they want to go away.
Even though I think I'll have a good time. I'm so excited about it that I doubt I'd be able to sleep tonight!!!

It's been 35 years of being in this life: my life!!!
I've been a daughter, a sister, an auntie, a niece, a girlfriend, a class mate, a job mate and a rocker in ways that I cannot describe because it is not for me to say.
But I enjoyed every moment of singing, dancing, shouting and laughing.
I'm glad I've been here all these years. I love my age!!!
